This role goes beyond traditional IT administration - building AI agents and automations for internal business processes is a key part of this role , alongside strengthening our Microsoft ecosystem, managing endpoint security, and driving operational efficiency through automation.As a Senior IT Admin,



you're expected to understand our systems end-to-end — not just operate them — and to move quickly when current tools, platforms, or approaches need to be picked up.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build AI agents using platforms like Claude and ChatGPT and automations to streamline internal business processesBuild API based integrations between internal business applications.Administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint Online, and Exchange OnlineManage identity lifecycle, access controls, governance, and security policiesAdminister Microsoft Intune for device management and compliance enforcementOwn endpoint security end-to-end — Microsoft Defender policies, threat response, and compliance posture across the device fleetOversee provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management of Windows-based corporate laptopsHandle software and hardware provisioning requests and troubleshoot IT issues end-to-endBuild and maintain operational automations using Python (required) and other scripting toolsDevelop scripts and API integrations to automate repetitive IT processes and reporting workflowsAdminister Zoho applications (prior experience preferred; willingness to learn required)Evaluate, implement,



and manage AI tools and automation solutions for internal company useAssist with reporting, analytics, system monitoring, and performance insightsMaintain documentation, IT asset tracking, and operational best practicesMust HaveMinimum 5+ years of experience in IT Systems / Infrastructure AdministrationStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Windows endpoint managementProven experience managing a fleet of Windows-based work laptops, with a strong grip on systems and endpoint securityProficiency in Python for scripting and automation (mandatory), with working knowledge of other scripting/programming languagesStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsSelf-sufficient, inquisitive, and quick to learn new tools and technologies — adaptability is essential given how fast our stack evolvesExcellent ownership mindset and attention to detailExcellent communication skillsNice to HaveHands-on experience building automations or AI agents for business process automationBackground or prior experience in software developmentExposure to Moveworks, ServiceNow, or similar agentic AI/automation platformsWhy 89 Solutions?Join us at the forefront of enterprise AI.
