KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party manufacturers to meet production requirements.
n
- Identify and evaluate suitable third-party manufacturing units.
n
- Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
n
- Perform commercial feasibility assessments for third-party manufacturers.
n
- Collaborate with internal teams (In-house manufacturing, marketing, quality assurance and R&D;) to coordinate production activities.
n
- Ensure consistent product supply and build monitoring systems for a 100% fill rate.
n
- Implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize production costs.
n
- Develop and execute an outsourcing strategy for optimal transportation and logistics.
n
- Build and maintain a resilient supply chain model to prevent disruptions.
n
- Develop and utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve third-party manufacturers.
n

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

n

n
- B. Tech or M. Tech in Food Technology or Dairy Technology
n




- Preferably in Packaged food industry handled both Dairy and Non-Dairy products.
n
- Must have experience working as a Plant In-charge, Plant Manager or TPM Manager
n

- Located at our Mumbai or Bangalore Manufacturing Plant with 50% travel across manufacturing locations
n
- Work Model: Onsite; 5 days/6 days a week
n
- Strong problem-solving abilities & Eye for detail
n
- Effective team management (Internal, External)
n
- In-depth knowledge of various manufacturing processes
n
- Proficiency in MS Power Point and MS Excel
n
- Willing to travel 50% of the time
n
