nEligibility Criteria:-

n⦁ 0 – 30 days Notice Period (Immediate Joiners) Preferred

n⦁ Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

n⦁ Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar

n⦁ Should be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts

n⦁ Candidates must have a registered EP ID

nResponsibilities :-

n
- Lead and oversee R2R operations including reporting, general ledger entries, and global intercompany reconciliations
n
- Manage client engagements and contracts across geographies, including process setup, metrics definition, and reporting
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction
n
- Demonstrate thought leadership by driving value through technology, analytics, and transformation initiatives
n
- Establish robust tracking mechanisms for key operational metrics to support data driven decision making
n
- Own and drive all process parameters critical to quality, ensuring delivery excellence




n
- Lead end to end F&A; delivery across multiple global regions
n
- Drive transformation, productivity, and efficiency improvements as per contractual commitments
n
- Oversee account reconciliation processes, policy adherence, and effective tool adoption
n
- Ensure strict compliance with control, risk, and governance requirements
n
- Lead operational reviews and governance calls with clients and internal stakeholders
n
- Ensure SLA management, issue resolution, and escalation protocols are followed
n
- Drive people management activities including performance management, career development, mentoring, and training
n
- Build and sustain backup and cross training plans to ensure delivery continuity
n

nSkills & Experience:-

- Minimum 1 to 8 years experience in Finance and Administration Delivery
n
- Proven expertise across end to end Record to Report (R2R) processes
n
- Strong experience managing multiple global clients and senior stakeholders
n
- Demonstrated ability to drive metric improvements and ensure data validation
n
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem solving skills
n
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with flexibility in work hours
n
