Mandatory Skills

- Graduation in BBA / B.Com / Any Degree with an interest in Sales
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interest in Inside Sales and customer engagement
- Basic understanding of IT / Software concepts
- Knowledge of CRM / ERP concepts is preferred
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain solutions
- Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets
- Positive follow-up and relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities

? Conduct product demonstrations and explain solutions to prospective clients

? Maintain and update CRM records accurately

? Handle customer queries and objections effectively
