FXN (Fashion eXchange Network) is an early-stage, pre-MVP fashion technology startup building a hyperlocal fashion rental platform to make fashion more accessible, affordable, and sustainable.

We are looking for a Marketing Intern (Content & Growth) who is creative, proactive, and willing to take ownership. Since we are currently in the pre-MVP stage, you will have the opportunity to work on marketing from the ground up and contribute to how FXN builds its brand, reaches its target customers, and prepares for launch.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing social media and digital marketing activities.
- Create ideas and content for Instagram, including reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Research fashion trends, competitors, target customers, and relevant market opportunities.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies for brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Identify potential influencers, creators, communities, and collaboration opportunities.
- Support influencer and creator outreach when required.
- Write captions, promotional content, and other marketing communications.
- Assist with building FXN's social media presence and brand identity from the pre-MVP stage.
- Track basic marketing performance and identify what is working and what is not.
- Test new marketing ideas and document results.
- Work closely with the founder and team on ongoing marketing and growth initiatives.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them within deadlines.

Requirements

- Positive communication and writing skills.
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, social media, fashion, or startups.




- Creative thinking and ability to generate practical marketing ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is preferred.
- Ability to research independently and present information clearly.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership.
- Students and freshers are welcome to apply.

Internship Details
