Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Projects to lead and coordinate engineering projects from planning through execution and successful delivery. The ideal candidate should possess a Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering background with strong experience in project management, vendor coordination, machine installation, documentation, and stakeholder management.

The role requires excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Take ownership of project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Service, and Customer teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and understand engineering drawings, 3D models, 2D drawings, and electrical wiring diagrams.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, risks, and progress tracking.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors to support project requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance, costing, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Plan and oversee machine installation, commissioning, and customer handover activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including SOPs, RFQs, MOMs, checklists,

reports, and project records.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular status updates to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution efficiency.
- Analyse project issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate project databases and documentation for future reference and compliance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics

Engineering, or a related discipline.




- 5–10 years of experience in Engineering Project Management.
- Experience in machine manufacturing, industrial automation, capital equipment, or engineering projects preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Immediate joiner upto 30 days of notice period

- Solid experience in project planning, coordination, and execution.

• Hands-on exposure to machine installation and commissioning activities.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and project workflows.
- Strong documentation skills including SOPs, MOMs, RFQs, and project reports.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, customer handling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.
