The MIS Executive plays a key role in managing, analyzing, and presenting operational and

performance data for the organization. This role involves developing dashboards, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting management in data-driven decision-making. The candidate should possess advanced Excel skills, solid analytical abilities, and experience in report

automation and visualization.

Ø Key Responsibilities

n

Data Management and Reporting:

n

n
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models using Advanced Excel and other reporting tools.
n
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
n
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports as per business requirements.
n

n

Analysis and Insights:

n

n
- Analyze operational trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement.
n
- Support leadership with actionable insights and ad-hoc data analysis.
n
- Prepare visual dashboards and presentations for management reviews.
n

n

Process Improvement:

n

n




- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
n
- Ensure data confidentiality and integrity in all reporting activities.
n

n

Tools and Skills:

n

n
- Advanced Excel Expertise: Highly proficient in advanced data analysis, reporting, automation, Power Query, VBA/Macros, advanced formulas, dynamic arrays, data modeling, interactive dashboards and automated MIS reporting
n
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Google Data Studio (preferred).
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
n

Ø Experience and Qualification

n

n
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar reporting/analysis role.
n
- Graduate degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, IT, or a related field).
n
- Exposure to US Healthcare industry preferred but not mandatory.
n
