nCtc -For fresher's- approx.. 4 to 4.5 lakhs. ,
nctc – for experience, based on existing CTC.
nworking Days – 6 days

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutionsn
- Drive new business development for GCTs and achieve assigned sales targetsn
- Identify and explore new markets and business opportunitiesn
- Generate inquiries, develop leads, and convert them into businessn
- Strong understanding of gear nomenclature and manufacturing processesn
- Positive knowledge of market dynamics and customer requirementsn
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)n
- Proficiency in MS Officen
- Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of the productsn
