Job OverviewWe are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing deals while contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication
- Maintain and update lead data and sales progress in CRM tools
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Handle objections confidently and close deals professionally

Requirements & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in sales (inside sales, B2B, B2C, or telesales)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
