Job Summary The Loan In-Charge is responsible for managing loan-related activities, handling customer enquiries, coordinating the loan process, and ensuring timely follow-up and documentation. The role includes achieving assigned targets, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall branch performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle loan enquiries and provide proper information to customers.
- Collect and verify required documents from customers.
- Process and follow up on loan applications.
- Coordinate with customers and concerned teams for loan approval and disbursement.
- Maintain proper records of loan applications and customer details.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, approvals, and repayments.
- Achieve assigned loan targets and support branch performance.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly loan performance reports.
- Ensure proper customer communication and timely resolution of loan-related queries.




- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and other team members for smooth operations.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in loan, finance, banking, or sales-related roles Benefit.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with a team.
