About Rasta Pay

Rasta Pay helps vehicle owners manage and resolve traffic challans quickly and easily. We're looking for a motivated legal professional to represent our customers in challan-related matters before the Delhi Courts.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent clients and contest traffic challans before Delhi Courts, including traffic courts, virtual courts, and Lok Adalats
- Review challan details and prepare the required applications, replies, and documents
- Appear for hearings and follow up on case status until disposal
- Advise the team on procedures and legal options for challan disputes
- Keep accurate records of cases, hearing dates, and outcomes




- Coordinate with the internal operations team and keep customers informed

Requirements

- LLB from a recognised university
- Enrolled with the Bar Council (or enrolment in process)
- 0–2 years of litigation experience; freshers are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Based in or near Dwarka, or able to commute there easily
