Role Description The Legal Associate will work full time on-site in the Greater Jaipur Area, supporting pre-litigation consulting and dispute mitigation for clients across diverse practice areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and analyzing legal issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, opinions, notices, and other legal documents, and assisting in the preparation of compliance and risk mitigation strategies under Indian law. The role involves coordinating with senior lawyers and retained experts, attending client meetings, documenting case facts,



and preparing detailed reports and recommendations.

The Legal

Associate will also monitor regulatory developments, contribute to internal knowledge resources, and support the development of practical, cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Law, with knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, and pre-litigation frameworks under Indian law.

- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and structuring contracts, notices, opinions, and advisory documents.

- High-level Analytical Skills to research statutes and case law, assess legal risks, and formulate clear, reasoned recommendations.

- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction, internal collaboration, and clear written and verbal presentation of legal concepts.

- Ability to identify, interpret, and address Legal Issues across multiple domains such as arbitration, IP, data protection, TMT, real estate, taxation, and corporate matters.

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; enrollment with the Bar Council of India is an advantage.

- Prior internship or work experience in law firms, chambers, or corporate legal departments, preferably with exposure to pre-litigation or advisory work.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and continuous learning in evolving legal and regulatory landscapes.
