Instructional Designer/Sr Instructional Designer

Location: Noida (On-site) / Hyderabad (Initially Remote; should be open to working from the Hyderabad office)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate learning and instructional design and should have worked with US-based companies or directly with US clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging and effective learning experiences for corporate learners.
- Develop learning objectives, course outlines, storyboards, assessments, and other instructional design deliverables.
- Work closely with SMEs, eLearning Developers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze content and convert complex information into explicit, learner-friendly training materials.
- Ensure learning solutions align with client requirements, learning objectives, and industry standards.




- Review and incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines.
- Communicate and collaborate with US-based clients/stakeholders as required.

Requirements

- 6–8 years of experience in corporate Instructional Design.
- Experience working with US-based companies or directly with US clients is required.
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Hands-on experience creating storyboards, learning objectives, assessments, and training content.
- Experience with corporate training/eLearning projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, research, and content-development skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Flexible to work in India and US hours based on project requirements.
