- Be responsible for strategic as well as day-to-day management of the Sales and Marketing team in Pune, India. The company is headquartered in US, with a Sales team in US and a captive unit of about 500 team members in Pune.

Outreach and Engagement: Execute outreach campaigns through various channels like email marketing, social media, and cold calling to generate leads.

Lead Qualification and Nurturing: Evaluate leads based on their suitability and potential, and implement strategies to nurture them towards conversion.

6.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze lead generation performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics.

Team Management: Manage and drive a team of lead generation professionals to achieve goals.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams in Pune and US to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
