We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Migration Engineer with solid expertise in ETL, SQL, and Azure Databricks to join an enterprise data migration project.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data migration projects from planning through production deployment.

Design and develop ETL pipelines for large datasets.

Build and optimize migration solutions using Azure Databricks.

Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

Implement survivorship and deduplication rules.

Troubleshoot data-quality and migration issues.





Work closely with business stakeholders and QA teams.

Prepare migration strategies, mapping documents, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Data Migration & ETL.

Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.

Excellent knowledge of ETL tools and SQL.

Strong understanding of data quality, profiling, reconciliation, and validation.

Experience with survivorship and deduplication logic.

Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred: MDM, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Spark, and Agile experience.
