Roles & Responsibilities

- Configure and support Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions based on business requirements.
- Implement and maintain Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Leave Management, and Labor Tracking modules.
- Develop and customize pay rules, work rules, accrual profiles, schedules, and workforce policies.
- Integrate Kronos with HR, Payroll, and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, system defects, and data discrepancies.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide effective workforce management solutions.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.




- Create reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation and conduct user training sessions.

Required Qualifications

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions.
- Strong experience in Time & Attendance and Scheduling modules.
- Experience in Kronos configuration, system administration, and support.
- Knowledge of workforce policies, payroll processes, and labor compliance requirements.
- Experience with Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Dimensions.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile and project-based environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- UKG/Kronos Certifications.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
- Exposure to Workforce Dimensions and cloud-based WFM solutions.
