About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of video editing, storytelling, pacing, and visual content creation.

The candidate should be comfortable working with Adobe Premiere Pro and have an interest in creating engaging content for digital platforms, social media, webinars, promotional videos, and other marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and assemble raw video footage into engaging and professional videos.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, trimming, transitions, effects, audio adjustments, and final exports.
- Create short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital platforms.
- Add captions, subtitles, text, graphics, transitions, and background music where required.
- Maintain proper pacing, visual flow, and storytelling throughout videos.
- Edit webinar recordings, interviews, promotional videos, and educational content.
- Ensure videos are properly formatted for different platforms and aspect ratios.
- Organize video files, project files, footage, and other digital assets efficiently.
- Make revisions based on feedback from senior editors, marketing teams, or management.
- Ensure all completed videos meet the required quality and deadlines.




- Stay updated with current video editing trends and social media content formats.

Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is required.
- Good understanding of video editing fundamentals, including cutting, trimming, transitions, audio, and basic colour correction.
- Understanding of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and export settings.
- Good sense of timing, creativity, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to follow creative briefs and instructions.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple editing tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.

Adobe Premiere supports professional editing, trimming, colour, audio, effects, captions, and AI-assisted workflows, making it suitable for the editing responsibilities in this role.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or Canva.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience editing Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, webinars, or promotional content.
- Basic understanding of social media video trends.
- A portfolio or sample work demonstrating video-editing skills.
