We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Tax Functional Consultant with robust hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud, particularly Fusion Tax. The ideal candidate should have experience leading Oracle FIN Cloud implementations/support engagements, business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, integrations, security, workflows, reporting and functional issue resolution.

Responsibilities
n

- Lead Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementation and support engagements.
n
- Work as a FIN Lead across finance functional areas.
n
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Tax functionality.
n
- Handle functional issues and provide solutions in highly escalated situations involving customers and Oracle Support.
n
- Work with Cloud tools including FSM, Rapid Implementation Templates and ADFdi.
n
- Perform business process mapping and fit-gap analysis.
n
- Work across Level 1–3 finance business processes.
n
- Prepare functional specifications.
n
- Develop/support OTBI reports and analytics.
n
- Work on Oracle FIN Cloud integrations and data migration/loading activities.
n
- Work with Data Loaders and Spreadsheet Data Loader.
n
- Handle FIN Cloud security and workflows.
n
- Analyze complex functional issues and provide effective solutions.
n

Qualifications
n
n
- 7–10 years relevant experience.
n
- Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud – Fusion Tax.
n
- Minimum 2–3 Oracle FIN Cloud implementation/support engagements.
n
- Must have played a FIN Lead role.
n
- Strong experience in business process mapping and fit-gap analysis.
n
- Good understanding of FSM, Rapid Implementation Templates and ADFdi.
n
- Experience writing functional specifications.
n
- Experience with OTBI reports and analytics.
n
- Understanding of Oracle FIN Cloud integrations and data loaders.
n
- Experience with FIN Cloud security and workflows.
n
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in escalated customer/Oracle Support situations.
n
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
n
