Java Developer - Software Engineer III

Key Requirements:

- 6+ years of enterprise software engineering experience
- 4+ years strong Java (8+), Spring Boot & REST APIs
- 3+ years Apache Kafka – Producers/Consumers, Kafka Streams, partitions & offsets
- 3+ years Kubernetes (K8s) – deployments, services, HPA, RBAC, troubleshooting
- Strong Microservices & Distributed Systems architecture experience
- 3+ years CI/CD & DevOps – Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/ArgoCD
- Robust SQL/NoSQL, query optimization, schema & indexing
- OWASP, secure coding, resiliency patterns (circuit breaker, retry, etc.)
- JUnit/Mockito/TestContainers with 80%+ code coverage
- 2+ years using enterprise-authorized AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.
- Must understand Responsible AI usage, data security and validation of AI-generated code
- Bachelor’s degree in B.E./B.Tech/MCA – CS/IT or equivalent mandatory
- Must have experience in large corporate/enterprise or regulated environments
