Numera is looking for an experienced IT Manager – Technology Operations & Integration to join our growing team.

? Location: Remote – India

? Shift: US Working Hours

What you'll be responsible for:

- Own day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, systems and end-user technology
- Manage devices, endpoints, IT assets, applications and access management
- Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding, provisioning and identity management
- Manage Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, cloud & SaaS platforms
- Drive IT security, cybersecurity controls and governance
- Manage IT vendors, licenses and technology partners

? Technology Integration & M&A; A key part of this role will be supporting technology integration initiatives related to M&A;, acquisitions and mergers.

You will be involved in activities such as:

- Assessing the IT environment of newly acquired companies
- Planning and executing technology integrations and IT migrations
- Evaluating infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, IAM and SaaS solutions
- Supporting post-merger / post-acquisition technology integration
- Managing email, identity, endpoint, application and data migrations
- Identifying systems that should be retained, migrated, consolidated or retired
- Supporting Day 1 readiness and post-acquisition technology stabilization




- Driving IT transformation and standardization across the organization
- Building repeatable integration frameworks, checklists, and playbooks for future acquisitions.

We're looking for someone with:

✅ 8–12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, systems administration, or technology transformation.

✅ Strong experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and end-user technology.

✅ Experience with M&A;, acquisitions, mergers, technology integration, IT migrations or IT transformation is highly preferred

✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, cloud & SaaS platforms, IAM, endpoint management, cybersecurity and networking

✅ Proven ability to independently manage technology projects from planning through execution

✅ Solid vendor, stakeholder, project management, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✅ Excellent communication skills and experience working with US-based leadership and distributed teams.

Experience in a high-growth or acquisitive organization and exposure to accounting/tax applications will be an added advantage.
