Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound international calls from US customers.

- Provide customer support and resolve queries professionally.

- Follow standard customer service and process guidelines.

- Maintain high-quality communication during calls.

- Accurately document customer interactions.

- Meet required quality, productivity and customer-service parameters

Requirements

Graduate – Any Stream

- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply




- Excellent English Communication required
- SVAR/Communication Assessment will be conducted
- Typing Speed: 30 WPM | 90% Accuracy
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
- Two rotational split weekly offs
- Should NOT be enrolled in any full-time course

Not Eligible: B.Ed., MBA, BA LLB, B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E. candidates
