Role Summary

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with strong systems, network and security fundamentals to support multi-customer environments. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, disciplined IT service-management practices and transparent communication with Australian and New Zealand customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor, administer and troubleshoot enterprise network and infrastructure environments across data-centre and branch/site locations.

•Configure and support routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, wireless networks and network-security controls.

•Administer enterprise switching and wireless platforms such as HPE Aruba/ProCurve and Ubiquiti UniFi.

•Configure and troubleshoot site-to-site VPNs and zero-trust remote access, including Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).

- Use command-line tools and vendor device configurations to diagnose connectivity, performance and availability issues.

•Support on-premises servers, hypervisors, storage connectivity and the network services on which they depend.

•Manage incidents, service requests and changes to agreed SLAs; maintain accurate tickets, technical documentation and handover notes.

•Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and customers, escalating complex issues with clear diagnostic evidence.





•Participate in operational reviews, planned changes, maintenance activities and continuous service improvement.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

•Four or more years of experience as a systems, infrastructure or network engineer, preferably in a managed-services environment.

•Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and network security.

•Hands-on experience with firewall administration and enterprise wired/wireless infrastructure.

•Experience supporting multi-customer estates against defined SLAs.

•Working knowledge of ITIL incident, request and change management, with strong ticket hygiene and documentation.

•Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with Australian and New Zealand customers.

•Willingness to work from the office five days a week and start at 5:00 AM IST.

Preferred Certifications (one or more)

•Fortinet FCA / FCP – Network Security, or legacy NSE 4, with FortiGate administration experience.

•Cisco CCNA, covering routing and switching fundamentals.

•Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.

•ITIL 4 Foundation.
