The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager with 6–10 years of experience in private cloud infrastructure and cloud computing. The role will be responsible for leading implementation and delivery of complex private cloud initiatives, coordinating cross-functional engineering teams, and ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, and operationally ready cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage medium to large sized projects, often of varying scope, high complexity and non-contained risk.
- Define the project from a business need, and create momentum and project acceptance.
- Create an environment and a process by which the project will be successfully delivered.
- Enhance and embrace accepted PM methods, procedures and quality objectives.
- Develop and control time, project plans and budget.
- Manage the competing needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Assess and manage project variances (e.g. schedule variance); evaluate impacts to overall project commitments, evaluate and present options, and implement approved changes.

- Coordinate infrastructure migrations, platform upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and production cutovers.
- Partner with network, storage, security, DevOps/SRE, Linux/Windows, and application teams to resolve technical dependencies and drive end-to-end delivery.
- Manage technical risks, issues, dependencies, change activities, and service-readiness requirements and drive corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, technical documentation, status reports, and change requests.
- Communicate technical status, risks, issues, and decisions to project stakeholders and management.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in field related to role. At the manager's discretion, additional relevant experience may substitute degree requirement
