? We’re Hiring: IT Executive

We are looking for an IT Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support to users and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot basic networking and connectivity issues.
- Assist with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
- Monitor and resolve network-related issues.
- Maintain IT assets, systems, and documentation.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when required.

? Technical Knowledge RequiredCandidates should have a good understanding of basic networking concepts, including:
- Layer 3 Devices: Routers, Layer 3 switches, and other devices that operate at the Network Layer and perform IP-based routing.
- Hub vs Switch: Understanding the differences between how hubs and switches forward network traffic.
- IPv4 vs IPv6:



Basic understanding of IP addressing, addressing formats, and key differences between IPv4 and IPv6.
- MAC Address: Understanding what a MAC address is and its role in communication within a local network.
- OSI Model: Good understanding of all 7 layers of the OSI Model and the functions of each layer.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and network troubleshooting will be an advantage.

? Ideal Candidate
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant IT/technical support experience.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with different IT technologies.
- Basic understanding of networking and IT infrastructure.
