Job purpose / Objective:

The purpose of this position to develop and release BU products to customer as per set guidelines.

Primary responsibility:

- Product Development:

Execute product development for customer requirement based on set guidelines resulting into product release and participate in customer discussions during alignment meetings.

- CFT Support:

Provide necessary engineering support during localization, series topics,



benchmarking and coordinate within different functions for closure of topics and positive at Problem solving & achieve cost reduction through engineering solutions

- Innovation Management:

Support for implementation of novice topics and filing them as Invention report

- Management:

Notify team coach about work-load prioritization, any design issues/risks/deviations during design process and obtain necessary support to mitigate them

- Networking:

Participate in discussions with experts/CoC's within and outside Bosch thus enhancing one's competency

Competency requirements:

Knowledge

Advance knowledge about RB product development process and Bosch Engineering System process * Advance knowledge on standards/norms, design, material, reliability, system and vehicle knowledge

Functional skills

Advance customer & project centric approach, negotiation/mentoring skills, result orientated * Basic degree of creativity and analytical skills,

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile) Masters in engineering (desirable)

- 1- 2 years experience in product development process
