Role: Senior Associate – Record to Report (RTR)- Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

n

Notice Period: Available to Join Immediately or within 30 days

Role Overview

n

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Reporting (FR) Associate with 2–5 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards.



The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL), Record-to-Report (RTR), month-end close, financial

n

statement preparation, and statutory compliances.

n

Must-Have Skills

n

Accounting & Financial Reporting

n

 Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IGAAP or Ind AS).

n

 Hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting.

n

 Experience in Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.

n

 Experience in month-end/quarter-end closing activities, including:

n

 Accruals

n

 Prepaid reclassifications

n

 Journal entries

n

 Ledger closing

n

 Preparation of Financial Statements.

n

 Strong understanding of accrual accounting.

n

Statutory Compliance

n

 Working knowledge of:

n

 GST

n

 TDS

n

 Income Tax

n

 Companies Act compliances

n

 Experience in supporting statutory audits and statutory compliances.

n

Core Accounting

n

 Accounts Payable (AP)

n

 Accounts Receivable (AR)

n

 Bank Reconciliation

n

 General Ledger Reconciliation

n

 Journal Entries (including manual adjustments)

Systems & Tools

n

 Tally (Mandatory)

 Advanced MS Excel:

Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

n

 Exposure to IFRS or US GAAP.

n

 Experience with Zoho Books or QuickBooks.

 Working knowledge of Intercompany Accounting & Eliminations.

 Experience in MIS Reporting.

n

 Exposure to Budgeting & Forecasting.

n

 Financial Analysis experience.

n

 Experience in Process Improvement, Standardization, or Automation initiatives.

n

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 High attention to detail and accuracy.

 Good communication skills.

 Ability to manage deadlines during month-end closing.

Qualifications

n

 Education: B. Com/M. Com, CA Inter, or MBA (Finance).

n

 Experience: 2–5 years in Finance & Accounting, with positive exposure to Indian Accounting

n

Standards.
