Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – B2B Motor Sales to lead a team of Relationship Managers and build strong business relationships with corporate clients, automobile dealers, brokers, and channel partners.

n

The role involves team leadership, business development, partner engagement, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with insurance companies for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers
n
- Develop and maintain strong partner relationships
n
- Drive B2B motor insurance business through dealers, brokers and channel partners
n
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
n
- Conduct regular partner reviews and identify growth opportunities
n
- Support team training and performance improvement
n
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal operations teams
n
- Drive customer/partner retention and business growth
n




- Track market trends and competitor activities
n

n

Qualification & Skills

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
n
- 3–5 years of experience in General Insurance Motor Sales or Motor Dealer Sales
n
- Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance and the automobile dealer ecosystem
n
- Experience managing a sales/relationship management team
n
- Robust B2B sales, negotiation and relationship management skills
n
- Good understanding of the Mumbai motor dealer market and RTO dynamics
n
- Life Insurance experience is an added advantage, but Motor Insurance experience is mandatory
n
