About the Role

n

Aarthik Solutions LLP is looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Channel Partnership Manager to strengthen and expand our financial partner network.

n

The role involves identifying potential partners, presenting the Aarthik Partner opportunity, onboarding new partners, and supporting them in building a successful financial services business.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Identify and acquire new channel partners through networking, referrals, field activities, and business development.
n
- Explain the Aarthik Partner model, career opportunities, and earning potential to prospective partners.
n
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly partner acquisition targets.
n
- Manage the complete partner onboarding and activation process.
n
- Coordinate NISM/IRDA certification requirements for eligible partners.
n
- Provide regular training, guidance, and support to channel partners.
n
- Build long-term relationships and monitor partner performance.
n




- Maintain accurate partner records and reports through CRM.
n
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial industry regulations.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
n
- Finance background is mandatory.
n
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Business Development, Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, NBFC, Stock Broking, or Financial Distribution.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
n
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
n
- Comfortable with CRM and basic computer applications.
n
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and acquisition when required.
n
