GTM & Content Growth Associate

Location: Remote Employment: Full time Working Hours: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST (aligned with EST) Reports To: Founder

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly driven GTM & Content Growth Associate to work directly with the Founder of a B2B growth talent platform and network. The Founder's background spans McKinsey, Harvard Business School, Harvard Law, senior CRO/CMO/CEO roles across B2B SaaS (including a $1B+ exit), and active PE/VC board and advisory roles.

This is a hands-on role combining outbound GTM, growth research, content creation, AI-enabled workflows, and business development. It will evolve significantly based on performance, with potential to grow into a leadership position.

PHASE 1: GTM AND CONTENT EXECUTION
- Build data-driven target lists and develop high-value outbound offers with the Founder
- Become highly proficient in Smartlead, including list optimization, data hygiene, sequencing, deliverability, personalization, and campaign management




- Research leading GTM executives and creators on LinkedIn to identify what's working and adapt it into our own voice
- Turn Founder conversations, interviews, and research into LinkedIn posts, articles, guides, and decks
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, list building, outreach copy, and content drafting
- Edit and elevate AI-generated drafts so final content feels authentic, polished, and better than generic AI writing

PHASE 2: CAMPAIGN AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP
- Optimize outbound campaigns based on response data and testing
- Develop original content ideas from research and pattern analysis
- Own resource-hub content end to end, from research through publication
- Interview the Founder and other executives to turn their experience into compelling content
- Create content that attracts prospective clients and fractional network members
- Expand AI use across list building, messaging, research, and workflow optimization
