Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

• Strong experience in hiring for
Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Shipping industries

• Good knowledge of
industry-specific roles and hiring requirements

• Experience in sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews





• Strong understanding of hiring for
Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Imports, Exports, Customer Service, Pricing, Warehouse, Accounts and other logistics functions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of recruitment practices and talent sourcing

• Positive attitude with a robust sense of ownership

• Ability to understand business requirements and identify suitable candidates

• Good stakeholder and candidate management skills
