Sr. SDET – Java + Selenium

Location:
Baner, Pune

Work Mode:
Hybrid – 3 days work from office

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, document, and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Own core product capabilities and ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Prepare test plans and automation strategies in coordination with PMs and developers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer inflows, participate in RCA, and implement corrective actions.
- Establish testing best practices and improve repeatability through automation.
- Develop and execute automated performance tests.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 6+ years of overall QA experience, including 4–5 years of hands-on automation experience.
- Strong experience with
Selenium WebDriver using Java and Selenium Grid
.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as data-driven and keyword-driven frameworks.
- Valuable knowledge of tools such as
Eclipse, JMeter, and Cucumber
.
- Experience in web application testing and REST API testing.
- Good understanding of database concepts and ability to write SQL queries.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with test and defect management tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
