FManager – Brand, Sales & Vendor Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and responsible FManager – Brand, Sales & Vendor Operations to manage day-to-day sales, vendor coordination, shipping, Excel reporting, and business operations across our multiple brands.

The role will involve working closely with the CEO, Marketing Team, Vendors, Sales Channels, and Operations Team to ensure smooth execution across all brands.

You will support and coordinate operations across multiple brands, including:
- HugFab
- TottoToy
- Undertree Games
- Sanchikart
- PepalWorks
- Thorttile
- DailyYes
- And upcoming/recent brands and business projects

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Brand Operations
- Manage daily sales activities across all brands.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with different sales channels and marketplaces.
- Follow up on pending orders,



sales requirements, and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate sales records in Excel/Google Sheets.

Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors on a daily basis.
- Follow up on product availability, pricing, purchase requirements, production, and delivery.
- Maintain vendor information, quotations, order status, and payment-related follow-ups.
- Ensure vendors meet agreed timelines and requirements.
- Handle vendor calls and resolve day-to-day operational issues.

Shipping & Order Coordination
- Coordinate product dispatch and shipping activities.
- Track shipments and delivery status.
- Follow up on delayed, failed, or pending deliveries.
- Coordinate between vendors, warehouse/logistics partners, and sales channels.
- Maintain proper shipping and order records.

Excel & Reporting
- Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets for:
- Sales
- Orders
- Vendors
- Shipping
- Inventory
- Payments/follow-ups
