- *Manage daily operations of the Gents Ready-Made section and ensure smooth floor functioning.*
- *Supervise, guide, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.*
- *Assist customers in selecting suitable shirts, trousers, jeans, T-shirts, formal wear, casual wear, and other men's apparel.*
- *Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.*
- *Monitor daily sales, conversion, average bill value, and other retail performance indicators.*
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
