? Hiring: Corporate Card Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Card Sales Manager to drive the acquisition and growth of corporate/commercial card business. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent corporate relationships, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new corporate client acquisition for Corporate/Commercial Card products.
- Identify and develop relationships with large corporates, SMEs, MNCs, and institutional clients.
- Generate leads through direct prospecting, referrals, networking, and existing business relationships.
- Understand clients' business and payment requirements and recommend suitable corporate card and payment solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and client meetings to proposal, negotiation, onboarding, and activation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, Finance Heads, Treasury Teams, Procurement Heads, HR Heads, and other key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and annual acquisition, spends,



revenue, and portfolio growth targets.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Credit, Operations, Product, Compliance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Drive card activation and spend, ensuring healthy portfolio utilization and long-term client engagement.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across corporate payment solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and regular business updates.

Candidate Profile
- 8–15 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, preferably in Corporate Cards, Commercial Cards, Banking, FinTech, Payments, or Financial Services.
- Robust understanding of corporate banking/payment products will be an advantage.
