Position:
Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality compliance across fabrication, assembly, welding, and manufacturing activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of fabricated equipment and assemblies.
- Review and verify material certificates, inspection reports, welding records, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with fabricators, subcontractors, production, engineering, and project teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Monitor welding, fabrication, dimensional accuracy, fit-up, surface preparation, painting/coating, and other relevant processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, codes,



specifications, and statutory requirements.
- Raise and track NCRs, deviations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure effective closure.
- Support customer/client inspections, third-party inspections, and quality audits as required.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test certificates, and project quality documentation.
- Identify recurring quality issues and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Escalate critical quality concerns to the Quality/Plant Head and relevant Discipline Head for timely resolution and ensure adherence to the company’s Quality Management System.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Production Engineering, or related discipline, with
6 - 10 years’
experience in quality inspection/engineering, preferably in fabrication, manufacturing, EPC, or water treatment.
