Role & responsibilities
- Make regular outbound B2B calls to prospective companies across the UAE and GCC to introduce Agile Consultants and our recruitment services.
- Connect with HR professionals, hiring managers, business owners, and other relevant decision-makers.
- Explain our recruitment services and contingency recruitment model clearly and confidently to prospective clients.
- Identify companies with current or upcoming hiring requirements and explore opportunities where Agile Consultants can support them.
- Generate new business opportunities and work towards converting prospective companies into active clients.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects through phone calls, emails, and other appropriate communication channels.
- Understand client requirements, address initial queries, handle objections, and communicate the value of working with Agile Consultants.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Work towards assigned calling, lead generation, conversion, and sales targets/KPIs.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, client requirements, and sales activities.
- Coordinate internally when a prospective client is ready to discuss requirements, terms, or begin working with Agile Consultants.
- Represent Agile Consultants in a skilled, courteous, and confident manner during every client interaction.
- Contribute towards continuously expanding our network of clients across the UAE and GCC.

Preferred candidate profile
- Previous experience in telesales, business development, B2B sales, inside sales, or another target-driven sales role.
- Previous experience selling services to businesses is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and approaching new companies and decision-makers.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
