We are looking for an experienced YouTube Content Creator & Digital Growth Manager who can take ownership of our YouTube channels and build them into a major media, marketing and revenue-generating platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. YouTube Content & Channel Growth
- Develop and execute a complete YouTube growth strategy.
- Research high-potential topics, trends, keywords and farmer/audience interests.
- Create content concepts for Long-form videos, Shorts, interviews, reviews, demonstrations,



educational videos and documentaries.
- Develop solid video titles, thumbnails, hooks, scripts and storytelling.
- Improve CTR, watch time, audience retention, subscribers and overall channel performance.
- Analyze YouTube Studio data and continuously optimize content.
- Build repeatable content formats and series.

2. YouTube Monetization
- Have practical knowledge of YouTube monetization and revenue generation.
- Grow AdSense/YouTube advertising revenue.
- Develop additional revenue streams such as:
- Brand sponsorships
- Technology partnerships
- Product integrations
- Sponsored videos
- Affiliate marketing
- Lead generation
- Product promotion
- International brand collaborations
- Build a long-term YouTube business model rather than focusing only on views.

3. Brand & Technology Collaborations
- Identify companies, technology startups, AI companies, tractor companies, agricultural brands, univ
