Job Description

WEBSTEP Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – Business Development (Infrastructure & Networking) to drive revenue growth, acquire strategic enterprise clients, and expand our infrastructure and networking business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in IT sales, infrastructure and networking solutions, strategic account management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Recent Client Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients across target industries and geographies.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through direct prospecting, industry networks, partnerships, referrals, events, and market intelligence.




- Identify high-value opportunities for IT infrastructure, networking, data centre, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, and related technology solutions.

Strategic Account Management
- Develop and manage strategic enterprise accounts to drive long-term revenue growth.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and position WEBSTEP as a strategic technology partner.
- Understand customer business objectives, IT environments, challenges, and future technology requirements.
- Develop account plans and maintain regular engagement with key customers to ensure strong account health and retention.

Client Requirement & Solution Mapping
- Conduct detailed discovery meetings to understand customer infrastructure, networking, operational, and business requirements.
- Translate customer requirements into appropriate technology solutions in collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams.
