Responsibilities
- Handle Kerala tour package enquiries
- Prepare quotations and itineraries
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings
- Coordinate hotels, vehicles, houseboats and activities
- Manage WhatsApp, phone and online enquiries
- Maintain customer and booking records
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Experience in Kerala tourism / tour packages preferred
- Good communication and sales skills
- Positive knowledge of Kerala destinations and hotels
- Malayalam + English required
- Hindi/other languages will be an advantage
- Target-oriented and customer-focused
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
