Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled L3 Aruba Switching & Wireless Engineer with 10+ years of experience in designing, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise-grade Aruba network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in Aruba Switching, Aruba Wireless, Aruba Central, ClearPass, AirWave, Network Security, and Wireless Performance Optimization. The role requires handling complex escalations, leading network transformation projects, and ensuring high availability of wired and wireless environments.

Must Have :
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Network Infrastructure.
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with Aruba Switching and Wireless technologies.
- Robust expertise in Aruba Central, ClearPass, AirWave, and ArubaOS.
- Deep understanding of WLAN, LAN, VLAN, NAC, 802.1X, AAA, and Network Security.
- Experience handling large-scale enterprise wireless deployments.




- Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Design, implement, configure, and support Aruba switching and wireless infrastructures.
- Act as the L3 escalation point for critical wired and wireless network incidents.
- Troubleshoot complex network, authentication, roaming, and performance issues.
- Administer and optimize Aruba Central, AirWave, and ClearPass platforms.
- Configure and maintain ClearPass for AAA, NAC, 802.1X authentication, and policy management.
- Implement security best practices including RBAC, encryption, and access control policies.
- Perform wireless health checks, RF optimization, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
- Lead network upgrades, migrations, refresh projects, and technology implementations.
