DEPOT MANAGER

The Depot Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse and depot operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, inventory accuracy, timely dispatches, and high service levels.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse/depot operations, ensuring smooth and productive day-to-day activities.
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, supervisors, DEOs, and support personnel.
- Ensure timely receiving,



storage, inventory management, dispatch, and customer service as per agreed TAT.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, customer requirements, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, transporters, vendors, and internal departments for seamless operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
- Handle customer audits, internal audits, and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Drive cost optimization, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure high service levels.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring adherence to company policies and SOPs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
