Job Summary

Himalaya Refrigeration Company is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of production activities related to refrigeration systems, ensuring quality output, timely delivery, and efficient utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet project timelines
- Oversee manufacturing of refrigeration units, sheet metal components, and assemblies
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and consistency
- Coordinate with design, purchase, and project teams for smooth workflow
- Implement and monitor process improvements and cost control measures
- Supervise shop floor activities including fabrication, assembly, and testing




- Ensure adherence to safety standards and industrial regulations
- Handle production documentation, reports, and daily progress tracking
- Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E./ M.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical

Experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in production/manufacturing
- Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or sheet metal fabrication industry preferred

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing processes
- Familiarity with refrigeration system components and assembly (preferred)
- Robust leadership and team handling ability
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic knowledge of quality control and process improvement
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Practical and hands-on approa
