About the Role

Planning Labs is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who understands brands, audiences and culture — not just social media posting.

We need someone who can think strategically, build campaigns, identify trends and translate business objectives into strong digital communication.

You will work across multiple brands and industries, developing digital strategies that are creative, relevant and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop complete digital marketing and social media strategies for clients
- Conceptualise campaigns from insight → big idea → content → execution
- Create monthly/quarterly content and campaign plans
- Identify emerging social media, content, AI and digital trends
- Develop brand positioning, communication themes and content pillars
- Plan campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta and other relevant platforms




- Write and review strong campaign concepts, captions, hooks and communication
- Create briefs for designers, video editors, creators and production teams
- Work closely with clients to understand their business and marketing objectives
- Analyse campaign and content performance and recommend improvements
- Present strategies, ideas and campaign concepts confidently to clients
- Maintain brand consistency across digital communication
- Explore influencer, performance marketing and new digital growth opportunities

What We're Looking For
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong understanding of branding and consumer communication
- Up-to-date with social media trends, formats and platform changes
- Ability to think creatively as well as strategically
- Robust presentation and storytelling skills
- Understanding of Meta Ads / Google Ads and performance marketing
- Comfortable handling multiple brands simultaneously
- Ability
