Job Overview

We are looking for a data-driven, strategic Business Development Manager (3+ years experience) to own and scale our outbound client acquisition engine. In this role, you will build and execute a high-converting, value-first sales process: researching target brands, conducting digital audits of their websites/marketing gaps, and using advanced email automation tools to secure discovery meetings with decision-makers.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities
- SEO,Website, Google Ads Audit-Based Strategy: Analyze prospect websites, social handles, and SEO footprints to identify actionable gaps and marketing opportunities before reaching out.
- Campaign Architecture: Set up, launch, and optimize high-volume, hyper-personalized cold email and LinkedIn sequences using modern outreach tools.
- High-Converting Copywriting: Craft compelling, problem-centric email copy, angles,



and custom audit reports that grab the attention of enterprise and mid-market decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Handle incoming replies, nurture leads through persistent follow-ups, and book qualified discovery calls for the closing team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in outbound B2B lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), or inside salesstrictly within Digital Marketing Agencies
- Advanced Tool Stack: Expert-level mastery of email infrastructure and lead sourcing tools (e.g., Instantly.ai, Lemlist, Apollo.io, Smartlead, Sales Navigator, or HubSpot).
- Technical Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of how to audit a site for performance, SEO gaps, or ad tracking pixels, alongside robust familiarity with email technical settings (DNS records, secondary domains).
- Strategic Copywriting: Exceptional written communication with a portfolio or proven track record of writing
