Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bancassurance role based in Raipur. The role involves working closely with bank branches to promote and sell HDFC Life insurance products to bank customers, ensuring that their protection, savings, investment,



and retirement needs are appropriately addressed. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff, conducting customer meetings, explaining product features, and recommending suitable plans. The role also requires achieving sales targets, tracking leads, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. In addition, the position involves participating in branch-level training, sales campaigns, and customer engagement activities to drive consistent business growth.

Qualifications
- Robust sales and business development skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets in a bancassurance or financial services environment.
