Responsibilities 1. In-Store Sales & Client Handling * Attend to walk-in clients at the store and provide a personalized shopping experience * Understand client requirements, preferences, and space aesthetics * Present suitable carpet options and explain product details including material, craftsmanship, and pricing * Drive in-store sales conversions

2. Online Sales & Lead Management * Manage and respond to leads received via WhatsApp, Instagram, and website inquiries * Share relevant product catalogs, images, and videos with clients * Handle queries, provide recommendations,



and assist with customization requests * Maintain timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales

3. Home Trial Coordination & Sales * Identify and shortlist carpets suitable for home trials based on client requirements * Prepare and manage lists of carpets to be sent for trials * Coordinate logistics including packing, dispatch, and transport * Accompany home trials and: * Assist in carpet placement and styling at client locations * Guide clients in decision-making * Close sales during or after the trial

4. Client Relationship Management * Build and maintain robust relationships with clients * Maintain records of client interactions and preferences * Encourage repeat business and referrals

5. Internal Coordination & Support * Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, customization, and dispatch * Assist in maintaining updated catalogs and product information * Provide feedback from clients to support marketing and sales strategies
