Role Description
The Research Analysis Intern will support data-driven decision-making by gathering, organizing, and analyzing information related to hiring trends, candidate behavior, and marketplace performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting online research, compiling datasets, performing basic quantitative and qualitative analysis,



and preparing concise reports or summaries for internal stakeholders. The intern will assist with building research frameworks, identifying patterns and insights, and contributing to recommendations that help improve platform features and user experience. This internship role is remote, allowing the intern to collaborate with team members via digital tools and virtual meetings. The position is designed to provide practical experience in research and analysis while contributing meaningful insights to CosmoQuick’s growth.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research abilities, including experience with data collection, organization, and basic statistical interpretation.
