About The Role
Responsible for the
end-to-end management of plant stores, warehouse, inventory, material movement and logistics operations
. The role will ensure timely material receipt, storage, issue, internal movement and dispatch while maintaining high inventory accuracy, proper documentation, ERP discipline and cost-effective logistics operations.

The key objective is to ensure the
right material, in the right quantity, at the right location, with the right documentation and at the right time
.

Key Responsibilities
- Stores & Warehouse Management: Manage day-to-day plant stores and warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, inspection coordination, put-away, bin management, storage,



space utilization, 5S and safety.
- Inward Material Management: Coordinate material receipts with Procurement, QA/QC, Security and Accounts; verify documentation and ensure timely GRN/MRN completion while tracking shortages, damages and discrepancies.
- Material Issue & Production Support: Ensure timely and accurate material issue to Production, Maintenance, EPC and other departments against approved requisitions, while monitoring line-side inventory and material returns.
- Inventory Control: Maintain ≥99% inventory accuracy between physical and ERP stock through cycle counts, stock verification, variance analysis, batch/lot/serial traceability and control of slow/non-moving inventory.
- Logistics & Transportation: Manage inbound and outbound logistics, vehicle planning and placement, loading, dispatch, delivery tracking, PODs, transporter coordination, freight costs and vehicle utilization.
