Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival, welcome them to the restaurant, and show them to their tables.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently from customers using a POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide exceptional guest service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout the day.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in hospitality or hotel management (preferably IHM certified).
- Solid knowledge of steward activities, waiter activities, restaurant operations, and guest relations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
- Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in using POS systems.
