Successful interns may be considered for a full-time HR role with CTC of ₹2.5–4 LPA, based on performance, skills and organizational requirements.

? What You’ll Do
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR and management team and gain practical experience across multiple HR functions.

? Talent Acquisition
- Source and identify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.




- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Assist in managing the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

? Candidate & Employee Engagement
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and joining formalities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

? HR Operations
- Assist with employee documentation, onboarding and HR records.
- Maintain and update employee databases.
- Support attendance, leave and other routine HR processes.
- Assist in maintaining HR reports and trackers.

? HR Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment and employee-related reports.
- Track hiring metrics, interview status and onboarding progress.
- Use spreadsheets and HR tools to organize and analyse HR data.
